Local Delivery
Short on time? Let us help. We can deliver medications to your door or drop them in the mail Monday through Friday.
Our delivery area includes Fargo, West Fargo, and Horace. All information remains confidential and requires a signature at the time of delivery.
We mail confidently through USPS and can ship anywhere within the state of North Dakota.
There is a $10 fee for deliveries and mail outs.
Medicare Part D Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for Medicare Part D happens each year October 15 – December 7. Plans change from year to year and Medicare recipients need to re-evaluate their plans to be sure they have the best coverage for the lowest cost available. Options can be confusing and difficult to understand. Let us help! Set up an appointment with our knowledgeable staff to talk through your options. While we cannot choose a plan, we can give you a comparison and answer any questions you may have. To schedule your free appointment, call us at 701-282-8075. Immunizations
When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. We make it easy for you to stay up to date. Our staff is certified to administer immunizations right here in our pharmacy without a prescription from your doctor. All vaccines given at Medical Pharmacy South are logged with the North Dakota State Immunization Information System so primary care providers can see all the information on vaccines given at the pharmacy.
All vaccines given:
Flu Shot – Ages 12 and up
High Dose Flu Shot- Ages 65 and up
Flumist Nasal Vaccine – Ages 5 and up
Shingles Vaccine (Shingrix) – Ages 50 and up
RSV Vaccine (Arexvy) – Ages 60 and up
COVID Vaccine (Moderna) – Ages 18 and up
Tetanus Vaccination – Ages 18 and up
The above vaccinations are available without an appointment Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. If outside these hours, call ahead at 701-282-8075 to ensure a staff member is available to provide the immunization.
My Prescription Savings Card
No insurance? Non-formulary medication? It just got easier to lower your prescription costs at Medical Pharmacy South. While we do accept most insurance plans, My Prescription Savings Card is only available at Health Mart pharmacies. There is no enrollment fee, simply go to www.myrxsavingsclub.com and sign up to save today!
Medication Synchronization
We can save time and extra trips to the pharmacy by syncing your medications. We will get things lined up and proactively contact your doctor, so your medications are ready on the same day each month. It is an easy process. Give us a call and let us take care of the rest!

Do you have medications you are no longer using ? We can help you dispose of them easily and safely.

Blood Pressure Screening
Are you taking blood pressure medication? If you are, you know how important it is to check your numbers. We have a digital blood pressure monitor located in the pharmacy and our staff is ready to help and answer any questions.
Medication Therapy Management & Education
If you take multiple medications, ask us about a Comprehensive Medication Review. Our trained staff will discuss your current medication schedule, look for any conflicts or concerns, and answer any questions you may have.
